The Texas Institute for School Boards, July 27-30, 2012, is a four-day training event designed to prepare newly elected board members and superintendents from Texas’ largest school districts for the challenge of board leadership. Using original CRSS case studies, Reform Governance® lectures, and small group activities, the institute curriculum covers a range of topics, from effective board meetings and core beliefs and commitments, to policy development and oversight.
